Human Resource Management

For: People required to carry out the basic human resource management functions within an organization Objectives: The course aims to provide an understanding of the main tasks associated with human resource management and the necessary skills to carry them out. The course also aims to provide an understanding of the law relating to employment in Albania. Outcomes: On completion of the course, trainees should be aware of the law relating to em­ployment; understand the main tasks associated with human resource management and have gained or improved skills necessary to function as an HRM generalist. Duration: The course comprises 14 modules each of 90 minutes duration.
